It's better working for yourself

I don't get all the people who think Gore should be seeking a cabinet position or ambassadorship. He'll almost certainly maintain alot more clout, and definitely alot more tactical flexibility, if he remains a free agent and master of his own message than if he was to let himself be shrunken to the dimensions of some "job" where he'd have to follow orders.

Supposedly the EU will be looking for a President soon.

Since they seem to like him over there why not?

How about a swap?

If they let Al be President of the European Union, the US allows Arnie to be President of America!
