Recycled Energy Development is in The Atlantic this month, as a part of a larger story by Lisa Margonelli about the potential for waste energy recycling at U.S. industrials.

...if you repeat something for 30 years, people will eventually start listening!

..your time has come.  You'd better get some bills amended while you can.  As you well know, the opportunity for getting good legislation on the table is now.  But I assume that's why Tom was wandering around DC and chatting with E&E.
