The Bush/Chaney Energy Bill

All this bill amounted to was a tax break for the oil corporations..

That's the main portion of it, nothing else in it of any value.

The eons of time and nature was good to us down here. It was not until we become civilized that destroying our habitat become fathomable or fashionable.
