Finally, something to do with all the damn asphalt

This sounds like a great idea! Seems like every school has a ginormous parking lot, as does every city and county building -- and think of the asphalt in residential streets.

what is the idea?

your blog post doesn't give any information and lead the reader to really not pay attention to you.  i looked at the link and no, it doesn't seem like a really good idea.  because storing heat in underground aquifers could probably mess with the ecosystem of most areas.
