The kids over at Campus Climate Challenge and Truth on Campus are gearing up for a Week of Action January 29th through February 2nd. The five days of demonstrations will kick start the Challenge's second semester and "put the heat on a new U.S. Congress and a returning Canadian Parliament to begin aggressive national power shifts on global warming."

As part of the Week of Action, the first 1,000 campuses to register their actions will receive a free copy of An Inconvenient Truth as well as public screening licenses allowing the film to be shown to large audiences. Funding for the giveaways is being provided by the 11th Hour Project, a group seeking solutions to global warming.

College and high-school campuses interested in a free license and DVD must register by midnight (EST) January 14th. (The 1,000 copies and licenses will be handed out on a first come, first served basis.)
