Comment on the new Grist ads

You may notice that Gristmill has just now joined Grist proper in being graced with advertisements.

If you have any thoughts on the matter -- umbrage, kudos, thumbs up or down -- this is the place to express them.

Smart move

If you are going to reject ads, why not clothes, jobs, and soap?

You gotta do what you gotta do to keep your efforts funded, as they deserve to be.

Also, I just noticed a Grist ad on the sidebar over at Daily Kos.  Perhaps it's been there for a while and I've only recently noticed it, but I thought I'd also add that I enjoy it thoroughly.
